Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility: This offer is available to members with current or past active monthly memberships at GrippedX. Pass holders of Gripped are not eligible for this promo. 
2. Non-binding membership: This membership is flexible, with no long-term commitment. You pay monthly, before or on the same day you activated your membership (e.g., if activated on October 5th, payment is due by November 5th).
3. Lifetime* rate: To maintain the discounted monthly rate of P3,500/month, the member must avoid exceeding 2 consecutive months of inactivity. If the membership remains inactive after 2 months, the discounted rate will be forfeited and the standard membership rate of P7,000/month will apply. *The “Lifetime” rate reflects a long-term discounted privilege and is not a fixed rate guarantee. Alakai may review and update rates as the business evolves, with advance notice shared transparently with members.
   
4. Renewal: Payments must be made on time (with a 7-day grace period) to retain access to the discounted rate. If a payment is missed, the rate will automatically revert to the standard membership price of P7,000/month.

Please note:

• Personal Training and Pilates Sessions are not included in this offer. Any additional courses or training programs will be an add-on to this rate.
• Alakai reserves the right to revise membership rates with at least thirty (30) days’ prior notice. Any changes will apply prospectively and will take effect on the member’s next billing cycle.
