Refund policy

Memberships & Personal Training Services
Due to the nature of our services, all membership and personal training purchases are final and non-refundable. Once purchased, memberships and training sessions cannot be canceled or refunded, except in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Medical conditions or injuries
  • Relocation beyond a reasonable distance from the gym

Refunds or membership pauses for these situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to additional terms. Please reach out to us via WhatsApp or email to discuss your options.

Merchandise
We offer a limited selection of merchandise and only accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The item is in its original condition (unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to returning merchandise.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process an exchange or issue a refund if applicable.

Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

  • Worn or used merchandise.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Digital services like online training programs.
