Refund policy
Memberships & Personal Training Services
Due to the nature of our services, all membership and personal training purchases are final and non-refundable. Once purchased, memberships and training sessions cannot be canceled or refunded, except in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Medical conditions or injuries
- Relocation beyond a reasonable distance from the gym
Refunds or membership pauses for these situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to additional terms. Please reach out to us via WhatsApp or email to discuss your options.
Merchandise
We offer a limited selection of merchandise and only accept returns or exchanges if:
- The item is in its original condition (unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
Return Process
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to returning merchandise.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process an exchange or issue a refund if applicable.
Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items
- Worn or used merchandise.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Digital services like online training programs.
